电动痔疮套扎系统套扎术与传统痔疮手术的临床安全性、有效性比较分析

摘　　要：对比电动痔疮套扎系统套扎术与传统痔疮手术的治疗效果。选取2023年6月—2024年6月在德州市中西医结合医院接受痔疮手术的240例患者为研究对象。随机将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组各120例。对照组接受传统痔疮手术治疗,研究组接受电动痔疮套扎系统套扎术治疗,比较两组患者的术中出血量、疼痛程度、生活质量和症状积分。结果显示,研究组患者的术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、伤口愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,研究组患者的GPS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,研究组患者的各项GQLI-74评分均高于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,研究组患者的肛门不适程度、痔核脱出及回纳、便血评分低于对照组(P<0.001)。研究发现,对痔疮患者采取电动痔疮套扎系统套扎术治疗,能够显著改善手术结局,减轻患者的疼痛感,提高患者的生活质量。To compare the treatment effects of rubber band ligation with an electric hemorrhoid ligation system and traditional hemorrhoid surgery.A total of 240 patients who underwent hemorrhoid surgery in Dezhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a research group,with 120 cases in each group.The control group received traditional hemorrhoid surgery,and the research group received rubber band ligation with an electric hemorrhoid ligation system.The intraoperative blood loss,pain level,quality of life,and symptom scores of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the intraoperative blood loss of the patients in the research group was less than that of the control group,and the operation time,wound-healing time,and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the GPS score of the patients in the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,all the GQLI-74 scores of the patients in the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the scores of anal discomfort,prolapse and reduction of hemorrhoids,and bloody stools of the patients in the research group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.001).The study found that the application of rubber band ligation with an electric hemorrhoid ligation system in the treatment of hemorrhoid patients can significantly improve the surgical outcome,relieve the pain of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
