智慧云药房在药学服务联合体药品管理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：评价智慧云药房在药学服务联合体医院药品管理中的应用效果。自2022年7月遵义医科大学第五附属(珠海)医院引入智慧云药房以来,以第二类精神药品为试点,对比分析智慧云药房引入使用前后处方调配时间、调配差错率和药品管理效率。结果显示,智慧云药房在药学服务联合体医院实现了药品不开锁自动调剂,每张处方平均耗时由使用前的(25.46±3.28)s降至(5.41±1.15)s,差异有统计学意义(t=5.221,P<0.001);使用前处方调配差错率为2.32%,使用后处方调配差错率为0.31%,差异有统计学意义(t=3.333,P<0.001);平均专人管理时间由使用前的(5.16±1.13)h/天降为(2.58±1.07)h/天,差异有统计学意义(t=21.248,P<0.001)。研究发现,智慧云药房的应用降低了药品调配差错率,提高了工作人员的工作效率,保障了患者的用药安全。通过构建智慧云药房实现新型药学服务体系,扩大智慧药学建设辐射范围,有利于促进优质药学资源下沉,提升区域内药学服务水平。To evaluate the application effect of the smart cloud pharmacy in drug management in hospitals of the pharmaceutical service consortium.Since the Fifth Affiliated Hospital(Zhuhai)of Zunyi Medical University introduced the smart cloud pharmacy in July 2022,taking the second-class psychotropic drugs as a pilot,the prescription dispensing time,dispensing error rate,and drug management efficiency before and after the introduction and use of the smart cloud pharmacy were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the smart cloud pharmacy achieved automatic drug dispensing without unlocking in hospitals of the pharmaceutical service consortium.The average time per prescription decreased from(25.46±3.28)s before use to(5.41±1.15)s,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.221,P<0.001).The prescription dispensing error rate before use was 2.32%,and after use it was 0.31%,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.333,P<0.001).The average time of dedicated personnel management decreased from(5.16±1.13)h/day before use to(2.58±1.07)h/day,and the difference was statistically significant(t=21.248,P<0.001).The study found that the application of the smart cloud pharmacy reduced the drug dispensing error rate,improved the work efficiency of staff,and ensured the medication safety of patients.By constructing a smart cloud pharmacy to realize a new pharmaceutical service system and expanding the radiation scope of smart pharmacy construction,it is conducive to promoting the sinking of high-quality pharmaceutical resources and improving the level of pharmaceutical services in the region.
