摘 要:探究化学发光免疫法检测性激素诊断女性生殖内分泌疾病的临床意义。2021年1月—2023年12月,选取186例女性生殖内分泌疾病患者作为试验组,选择同期186例健康体检女性作为对照组,均在知情同意状态下提供血液样本。采用化学免疫发光法检测性激素六项[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、孕酮(P)],比较两组受检对象的检测结果。结果显示,试验组FSH、LH、PRL、T均高于对照组,试验组E2、P均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组六项血清性激素存在周期性变化,卵泡期FSH、LH、PRL、E2、T、P均较排卵期更小,至黄体期FSH、LH、E2下降且和卵泡期比较无明显差异,PRL、T、P则是按照周期持续升高,组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,化学发光免疫法在性激素检验中具有较高的特异性,可以有效诊断女性生殖内分泌疾病,为后期临床治疗方案的制订提供参考依据。To explore the clinical significance of diagnosing female reproductive endocrine diseases by detecting sex hormones with chemiluminescence immunoassay.From January 2021 to December 2023,186 female patients with reproductive endocrine diseases were selected as the experimental group,and 186 healthy women undergoing physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.All of them provided blood samples with informed consent.Six sex hormones[follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL),estradiol(E2),testosterone(T),progesterone(P)]were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay,and the test results of the two groups of subjects were compared.The results showed that the levels of FSH,LH,PRL,and T in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of E2 and P were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The six serum sex hormones in the experimental group showed cyclic changes.The levels of FSH,LH,PRL,E2,T,and P in the follicular phase were all lower than those in the ovulatory phase.In the luteal phase,FSH,LH,and E2 decreased,and there was no significant difference compared with the follicular phase.However,PRL,T,and P continued to increase according to the cycle,and the differences within the group were statistically significant(P<0.05).The study found that chemiluminescence immunoassay has high specificity in the detection of sex hormones,can effectively diagnose female reproductive endocrine diseases,and provide a reference basis for the formulation of subsequent clinical treatment plans.
