肺磨玻璃结节采用多层螺旋CT扫描诊断的效果分析

摘　　要：分析在肺磨玻璃结节(GGN)的临床定性诊断中采用多层螺旋CT(MSCT)扫描的价值。选取2022年1月—2023年12月贵阳市花溪区中医院收治的50例GGN患者为研究对象,所有患者均采取MSCT扫描诊断,将MSCT扫描诊断结果与后期病理检查结果进行对比,分析MSCT扫描诊断结果符合率并观察MSCT扫描征象。病理学检查结果显示,19例患者为良性结节,31例患者为恶性结节。MSCT扫描结果显示,18例患者为良性(符合率为94.74%),26例患者为恶性(符合率为83.87%)。MSCT扫描的准确率为88.00%,敏感度为83.87%,特异度为94.74%。MSCT扫描结果显示,各类型疾病症状之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,MSCT扫描技术在GGN患者临床诊断中的准确性较高,能够清楚地识别病灶,对疾病的定性诊断有着极高的临床价值。This paper analyzes the value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)scanning in the clinical qualitative diagnosis of pulmonary ground-glass nodules(GGN).A total of 50 patients with GGN admitted to the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Huaxi District,Guiyang City from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent MSCT scanning for diagnosis.The MSCT scanning diagnosis results were compared with the later pathological examination results to analyze the coincidence rate of MSCT scanning diagnosis results and observe the MSCT scanning signs.Pathological examination results showed that 19 patients had benign nodules and 31 patients had malignant nodules.MSCT scanning results showed that 18 patients had benign nodules(coincidence rate was 94.74%)and 26 patients had malignant nodules(coincidence rate was 83.87%).The accuracy rate of MSCT scanning was 88.00%,the sensitivity was 83.87%,and the specificity was 94.74%.MSCT scanning results showed that there were statistically significant differences in symptoms among various types of diseases(P<0.05).The study found that MSCT scanning technology has a high accuracy in the clinical diagnosis of GGN patients,can clearly identify lesions,and has extremely high clinical value for the qualitative diagnosis of diseases.
