PFNA内固定治疗老年髋部骨折患者对其Harris髋关节功能评分的影响研究

摘　　要：分析采取股骨近端防旋髓内钉(proximal femoralnail antirotation,PFNA)内固定治疗对老年髋部骨折患者髋关节功能的影响。选取2022年9月—2024年3月毕节市第三人民医院收治的138例老年髋部骨折患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各69例。对照组实施全髋关节置换术,观察组实施PFNA内固定术,对比两组患者的髋关节功能、骨密度、具体的治疗情况和并发症发生率。结果显示,观察组患者的髋关节功能评分显著优于对照组,骨密度上涨幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的手术时间、出血量、引流量、骨折断端愈合时间等具体的治疗指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,PFNA内固定术应用于老年髋部骨折患者治疗中的效果突出,患者的髋关节功能明显好转,临床应用价值较高。This study analyzes the impact of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA)internal fixation on the hip joint function of elderly patients with hip fractures.A total of 138 elderly patients with hip fractures admitted to The Third People's Hospital of Bijie City from September 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 69 cases in each group.The control group underwent total hip arthroplasty,while the observation group underwent PFNA internalfixation.The hip joint function,bone mineral density,specific treatment conditions,and complication incidence of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the hip joint function score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the increase in bone mineral density was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The specific treatment indicators of the observation group,such as operation time,blood loss,drainage volume,and fracture-end healing time,were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total complication incidence of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that PFNA internalfixation has a remarkable effect in the treatment of elderly patients with hip fractures,significantly improving the hip joint function of patients,and thus has a high clinical application value.
