摘　　要：选择合适的质控品,分析黔西南州人民医院输血科输血相容性检测的各个薄弱环节,并采取改进措施,进一步提升检测质量。选取2022—2023年Erytra血型分析仪使用商品化质控品的质控数据,利用商品化质控品高灵敏度、特异性和可靠度的特性,分析影响实验室检验结果的诸多因素并提出改进措施。结果显示,通过采取一系列整改措施,抗筛阳性I细胞SD值由0.406降至0.252。抗筛阳性II细胞SD值由0.449降至0.138。抗筛阳性III细胞SD值由0.364降至0.098。凝聚胺交叉配血主侧SD值由0.277降至0.104。针对SD值较大的质控项目采取对应整改措施后,SD值均出现明显下降趋势。研究发现,利用商品化质控品高灵敏度、特异性和可靠度的特性,分析黔西南州人民医院输血科质控数据后,发现实验室检测质量还有很大的提升空间,通过采取一系列改进措施,使黔西南州人民医院输血科输血质量得到了提升,实现了从人员操作到试剂配置以及结果判读的统一化,提高了试验数据的准确性、可信性。This paper aims to select appropriate quality control products,analyze the weak links in transfusion compatibility testing in the Blood Transfusion Department of Qianxinan People's Hospital,and adopt improvement measures to further enhance the testing quality.The quality control data of the Erytra blood type analyzer using commercial quality control products from 2022 to 2023 were selected.By taking advantage of the high sensitivity,specificity,and reliability of commercial quality control products,various factors affecting laboratory test results were analyzed,and improvement measures were proposed.The results showed that after a series of rectification measures,the SD value of anti-screening positive I cells decreased from 0.406 to 0.252,the SD value of anti-screening positive II cells decreased from 0.449 to 0.138,the SD value of anti-screening positive III cells decreased from 0.364 to 0.098,and the SD value of the main side of polybrene cross-matching decreased from 0.277 to 0.104.After corresponding rectification measures were taken for quality control items with large SD values,the SD values showed a significant downward trend.The study found that by using the characteristics of high sensitivity,specificity,and reliability of commercial quality control products to analyze the quality control data of the Blood Transfusion Department of Qianxinan People's Hospital,there is still much room for improvement in laboratory testing quality.Through a series of improvement measures,the transfusion quality of the Blood Transfusion Department of Qianxinan People's Hospital has been enhanced,achieving unification from personnel operation to reagent preparation and result interpretation,and improving the accuracy and credibility of test data.
