螺内酯结合贝那普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：分析螺内酯结合贝那普利在慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床治疗中的疗效。于2021年10月—2023年12月将84例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者作为研究样本,采用抽签法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各42例。对照组患者接受贝那普利治疗,研究组患者接受螺内酯结合贝那普利治疗,比较两组患者的心功能、血清氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平、生存质量、疗效、不良反应。结果显示,治疗后,研究组患者的各项心功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的NT-proBNP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的各项生存质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,螺内酯结合贝那普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的效果明显,与单一药物治疗相比优势显著,可以帮助患者改善心功能指标,降低NT-proBNP水平及不良反应发生率,提高患者的生存质量,实施价值高。To analyze the clinical efficacy of spironolactone combined with benazepril in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.From October 2021 to December 2023,84 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were taken as research samples and divided into a control group and a research group by lottery method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received benazepril treatment,and the research group received spironolactone combined with benazepril treatment.The cardiac function,serum N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)level,quality of life,efficacy,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.The results showed that after treatment,all cardiac function indexes of the research group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the NT-proBNP level of the research group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,all quality-of-life scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions of the research group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the effect of spironolactone combined with benazepril in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure is obvious,and it has significant advantages compared with single-drug treatment.It can help patients improve cardiac function indexes,reduce NT-proBNP levels and the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life of patients,so it has high implementation value.
