摘 要:探究亚低温治疗对重度颅脑损伤患者GCS评分的影响。选取2022年6月—2023年6月医院收治的66例重度颅脑损伤患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组各33例,对照组接受大骨瓣减压术+机械通气治疗,研究组在上述基础上接受亚低温治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果显示,治疗后,研究组患者的NIHSS评分低于对照组,MMSE、GCS评分高于对照组;GFAP、NSE、S-100B、MBP水平均低于对照组;SOD、GSH-Px水平高于对照组,MDA、MPO水平低于对照组;Vmax、Vmin、Qmean水平均高于对照组,P水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的不良预后率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,于常规治疗基础上实施亚低温治疗可降低重度颅脑损伤患者的脑损伤标志物水平,减轻氧化应激损伤,改善脑部血流动力学,提高患者的GCS评分,优化患者的预后,值得推广应用。To explore the impact of mild hypothermia therapy on the Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score of patients with severe traumatic brain injury.A total of 66 patients with severe traumatic brain injury admitted to the hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into a control group and a research group by the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received decompressive craniectomy+mechanical ventilation treatment,and the research group received mild hypothermia treatment on the basis of the above.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that after treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score of the research group was lower than that of the control group,and the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)and GCS scores were higher than those of the control group,the levels of glialfibrillary acidic protein(GFAP),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),S-100B,and myelin basic protein(MBP)of the research group were lower than those of the control group,the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and myeloperoxidase(MPO)were lower than those of the control group,the maximum velocity(Vmax),minimum velocity(Vmin),and meanflow rate(Qmean)of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the pressure(P)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of poor prognosis of the research group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the implementation of mild hypothermia treatment on the basis of conventional treatment can reduce the level of brain injury markers,alleviate oxidative stress damage,improve cerebral hemodynamics,increase the GCS score of patients,optimize the prognosis of patients,and is worthy of popularization and application.
