精细化护理在呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)老年重症患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：探究精细化护理在呼吸机相关性肺炎(ventilator-associated pneumonia,VAP)老年重症患者中的应用效果。选取2021年1月—2023年10月于红花岗区人民医院接受治疗的80例VAP老年重症患者为研究对象,随机将其分为常规组(常规护理)和精细组(精细化护理),每组各40例。比较两组患者的呼吸功能指标、临床指标、炎症指标、生活质量及护理满意度。结果显示,精细组的呼吸功能指标均优于常规组(P<0.05);精细组的各项临床指标时间均短于常规组,各炎症指标水平均低于常规组(P<0.05);精细组的生活质量评分及护理满意度均高于常规组(P<0.05)。研究发现,精细化护理在VAP老年重症患者中的应用效果明显,可以显著改善患者的呼吸功能指标,缩短患者的通气时间及住院时间,有助于促进患者康复,减轻患者的炎症反应,提高患者的生活质量和对护理服务的满意度,护理有效性高,值得推广。This study aims to explore the application effect offine-grained nursing in elderly critically ill patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP).A total of 80 elderly critically ill patients with VAP who were treated in People's Hospital of Honghuagang District from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a routine group(receiving routine nursing)and afine-grained group(receivingfine-grained nursing),with 40 patients in each group.The respiratory function indicators,clinical indicators,inflammatory indicators,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the respiratory function indicators of thefine-grained group were better than those of the routine group(P<0.05).The time of various clinical indicators in thefine-grained group was shorter than that in the routine group,and the levels of various inflammatory indicators were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The quality-of-life score and nursing satisfaction of thefine-grained group were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05).The study found that the application offine-grained nursing in elderly critically ill patients with VAP has obvious effects.It can significantly improve the patients'respiratory function indicators,shorten the ventilation time and hospital stay,contribute to the patients'recovery,reduce the patients'inflammatory response,improve the patients'quality of life and satisfaction with nursing services.With high nursing effectiveness,it is worthy of promotion.
