摘　　要：研究预康复护理于ERCP术围手术期患者护理中的效果。选取2023年1月—2024年2月于遵义市红花岗区人民医院接受内镜逆行胰胆管造影(endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography,ERCP)术治疗的60例患者为研究对象,随机将其分为参照组和康复组,每组各30例。参照组实施常规护理,康复组于常规护理的基础上实施预康复护理,比较两组患者的住院时间、手术前后免疫指征、心理状况、并发症发生情况。结果显示,康复组的住院时间短于参照组(P<0.05);康复组的首次下床时间短于参照组(P<0.05);康复组术后IgG水平、CD3^(+)水平以及CD4^(+)水平均高于参照组(P<0.05);康复组术后SAS以及SDS评分均低于参照组(P<0.05);康复组的并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,针对接受ERCP术治疗的患者,在围手术期对其实施预康复护理,所取得的效果比较显著,可以明显缩短患者的住院时间,提升患者的免疫力,降低相关并发症的发生率,缓解患者的负面情绪,加快患者的康复速度,治疗的有效性以及安全性相对较高,值得推广。To study the effect of pre-rehabilitation nursing in the peri-operative nursing of patients undergoing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP).Sixty patients who received ERCP treatment in the People's Hospital of Honghuagang District,Zunyi City from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a reference group and a rehabilitation group,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,and the rehabilitation group received pre-rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The length of hospital stay,immune indicators before and after surgery,psychological status,and the occurrence of complications of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the length of hospital stay of the rehabilitation group was shorter than that of the reference group(P<0.05);thefirst time to get out of bed of the rehabilitation group was shorter than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the postoperative IgG,CD3^(+),and CD4^(+) levels of the rehabilitation group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05);the postoperative Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores of the rehabilitation group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications of the rehabilitation group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The study found that for patients receiving ERCP treatment,implementing pre-rehabilitation nursing during the peri-operative period has a significant effect.It can significantly shorten the length of hospital stay of patients,improve the immunity of patients,reduce the incidence of related complications,relieve the negative emotions of patients,accelerate the rehabilitation speed of patients,and has relatively high treatment effectiveness and safety,and is worthy of promotion.
