妇幼健康教育对产后母乳喂养持续率的影响研究

摘  要:研究妇幼健康教育对于提升产后母乳喂养率的价值。选取2023年6月—2024年6月在广东省某三甲医院分娩的50例产妇为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组及观察组,每组各25例。对照组实施产后常规干预,观察组在常规干预的基础上实施妇幼健康教育干预,对比两组产后知识掌握情况、产后不同时间母乳喂养率、母乳喂养持续时间。结果显示,观察组的自我护理、母乳喂养等相关知识掌握程度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后6个月的母乳喂养率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的母乳喂养持续时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对产妇开展妇幼健康教育对于提升产妇母乳喂养知识掌握水平和母乳喂养率均具有积极的作用,值得推广应用。To study the value of maternal and child health education in increasing the post-partum breast feeding rate.Fifty puerperae who gave birth in a Grade-A Tertiary Hospital in Guangdong Province from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine post-partum intervention,and the observation group received maternal and child health education intervention on the basis of routine intervention.The post-partum knowledge mastery,breast feeding rates at different post-partum times,and the duration of breast feeding of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the observation group had a higher degree of mastery of relevant knowledge such as self-care and breast feeding than the control group(P<0.05);the breast feeding rate of the observation group at six months after childbirth was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the duration of breast feeding of the observation group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that conducting maternal and child health education for puerperae has a positive effect on improving puerperae’s knowledge mastery level of breast feeding and breast feeding rate,and is worthy of popularization and application.
