产后专项护理在产妇母乳分泌中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：探讨产后专项护理在产妇母乳分泌中的应用效果。选取2023年3月—2023年10月在贵阳市妇幼保健院进行分娩的200例产妇为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各100例。两组产妇均由同一组护士提供标准的产后常规护理,在此基础上,观察组加用产后母乳喂养专项护理干预。比较两组产妇产后泌乳时间、泌乳量、纯母乳喂养率。结果表明,观察组产后24 h内、24~48 h内开始泌乳率高于对照组,产后48 h后开始泌乳率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后7天泌乳量大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组纯母乳喂养率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对产妇进行产后母乳喂养专项护理,可以显著缩短产妇产后泌乳开始时间,增加其泌乳量,并提高纯母乳喂养率,对于改善母婴健康状况具有重要的临床价值。To explore the application impact of specialized postpartum nursing on maternal breast milk secretion.A total of 200 parturients who gave birth in Guizhou Provincial Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from March 2023 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 100 cases in each group.Both groups of parturients received standard routine postpartum nursing provided by the same group of nurses.On this basis,the observation group was additionally given specialized nursing intervention for postpartum breastfeeding.The postpartum lactation onset time,milk secretion volume,and exclusive breastfeeding rate of the two groups of parturients were compared.The results showed that the lactation-onset rate within 24 hours and within 24-48 hours after childbirth in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the lactation-onset rate after 48 hours after childbirth was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the milk secretion volume of the observation group on the 7th day after childbirth was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05);the exclusive breastfeeding rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that providing specialized nursing for postpartum breastfeeding to parturients can significantly shorten the postpartum lactation-onset time,increase the milk secretion volume,and improve the exclusive breastfeeding rate,which has important clinical value for improving the health status of mothers and infants.
