全程护理干预在小儿喘息性肺炎雾化吸入治疗中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：探究对喘息性肺炎患儿实施雾化吸入治疗并给予其全程护理干预的效果。选取2022年4月—2023年4月医院收治的120例小儿喘息性肺炎患儿为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对两组患儿均采用相同的药物干预方案,其中对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行全程护理干预,对比两组患儿的干预效果。结果显示,观察组患儿的护理满意度高于对照组,症状缓解时间以及住院时间等均短于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,SDS、SAS评分低于对照组,护理质量评分高于对照组,上述指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,对喘息性肺炎患儿实行雾化治疗并配合全程护理干预,能够加快患儿的恢复速度,缓解其治疗期间的负面情绪,确保护理工作的进一步开展,提高护理质量,具有显著的临床应用价值,可推广。To explore the effect of nebulization inhalation therapy combined with whole-course nursing intervention for children with asthmatic pneumonia.A total of 120 children with asthmatic pneumonia admitted to the hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The same drug intervention plan was used for both groups of children.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received whole-course nursing intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the nursing satisfaction of the children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The symptom relief time and hospitalization time of the children in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.The quality-of-life score of the children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the SDS and SAS scores were lower than those in the control group,and the nursing quality score was higher than that in the control group.The differences in the above-mentioned indicators were statistically significant(P<0.05).The study found that nebulization therapy combined with whole-course nursing intervention for children with asthmatic pneumonia can accelerate the recovery of children,relieve their negative emotions during the treatment period,ensure the further progress of nursing work,improve the quality of nursing,and has significant clinical application value,which can be promoted.
