重组胶原蛋白鼻腔黏膜修复凝胶治疗过敏性鼻炎患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：分析重组胶原蛋白鼻腔黏膜修复凝胶对过敏性鼻炎患者的治疗效果和患者生活质量的改善情况。将2022年6月—2024年6月岳阳市中心医院收治的60例过敏性鼻炎患者按分层随机法分为对照组和观察组。对照组(n=30)采用喷雾型鼻腔过敏原阻隔剂进行局部喷鼻处理,试验组(n=30)采用重组胶原蛋白鼻腔黏膜修复凝胶治疗。比较两组过敏性鼻炎患者临床疗效、临床症状评分、不良反应发生率、治疗依从性以及生活质量改善差异。结果表明,治疗后,与对照组相比,试验组患者的临床疗效更显著(P<0.05);试验组患者的临床症状评分更低(P<0.05);试验组患者的治疗依从性更高(P<0.05);试验组患者的生活质量评分更高(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,重组胶原蛋白鼻腔黏膜修复凝胶对过敏性鼻炎的治疗效果显著,能够提高患者的生活质量,具有较高的临床推广价值。To analyze the therapeutic eff ect of recombinant collagen nasal mucosal repair gel on patients with allergic rhinitis and the improvement of patients'quality of life.A total of 60 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to Yueyang Central Hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group(n=30)was treated with spray nasal allergen blocker for local nasal spray,and the experimental group(n=30)was treated with recombinant collagen nasal mucosal repair gel.The clinical effi cacy,clinical symptom score,incidence of adverse reactions,treatment compliance and improvement of quality of life between the two groups were compared.The results showed that after treatment,compared with the control group,the clinical effi cacy of the patients in the experimental group was more signifi cant(P<0.05),the clinical symptom score of the patients in the experimental group was lower(P<0.05),the treatment compliance of the patients in the experimental group was higher(P<0.05),and the quality of life score of the patients in the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no signifi cant diff erence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).It was found that recombinant collagen nasal mucosal repair gel has a signifi cant eff ect on the treatment of allergic rhinitis,can improve the quality of life of patients,and has high clinical promotion value.
