摘　　要：研发一种腹膜透析管网膜包裹剥离可塑性装置,在超声设备辅助下通过微创术式治疗患者的腹膜透析管网膜包裹,同时降低手术治疗费用并改善患者预后。装置由可塑性钛合金一体化制成,出厂具有初始弧度。主要功能为剥离组件实施,其闭合后形成内径半径为3 mm的圆,剥离组件中的剥离爪为圆台结构。其他部位包括夹持结构、连接关节、握持结构和锁定结构。在超声引导下,通过微创术式治疗腹膜透析管网膜包裹,能够降低患者的治疗费用并改善患者预后。使用该装置可以在保留原有腹膜透析管的基础上解除腹膜透析管网膜包裹,降低复发的可能性,可有效改善患者预后,具临床推广价值。To develop a flexible device for peeling offthe membrane wrapping of peritoneal dialysis tubes which can treat patients’peritoneal dialysis tube membrane wrapping through minimally invasive surgery with the assistance of ultrasound equipment,while reducing surgical treatment costs and improving patient prognosis.The device is made of plastic titanium alloy integrated and has an initial curvature when leaving the factory.The main function is to peel offthe component,which forms a circle with an inner diameter radius of 3 mm after closure.The peeling claws in the peeling component have a conical structure.Other parts include clamping structures,connecting joints,gripping structures,and locking structures.Under ultrasound guidance,minimally invasive surgical treatment of peritoneal dialysis tube membrane wrapping can reduce treatment costs and improve patient prognosis.The use of this device can remove the membrane wrapping of the peritoneal dialysis tube while retaining the original one,reducing the possibility of recurrence and effectively improving patient prognosis.Its clinical promotion value is considerable.
