乳腺微创旋切手术治疗乳腺多发性小结节的疗效分析

摘　　要：分析乳腺微创旋切手术治疗乳腺多发性小结节的疗效。选取2022年5月—2024年5月医院收治的78例乳腺多发性小结节患者为研究对象。采用奇偶分组法将患者分为两组,分别为参照组和试验组,每组各39例。参照组实施传统手术治疗,试验组实施乳腺微创旋切手术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果显示,试验组术中出血量少于参照组,术后不同时间段的疼痛评分低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组术后色素沉着、乳头敏感度等相关指标评分均高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组皮肤瘀斑、局部血肿等相关并发症的发生率低于参照组(P<0.05);术后1个月,试验组生活质量评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,乳腺微创旋切手术的应用,在减轻乳腺多发性小结节患者术后疼痛方面作用显著,并且能够促进美容效果提升。同时,此种治疗形式能够降低并发症发生率,加快患者术后康复速度,提高患者的生活质量。To analyze the effi cacy of minimally invasive rotational resection surgery for multiple small breast nodules.78 patients with multiple breast nodules admitted to the hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects.Patients were divided into two groups using odd even grouping method,namely the reference group and the experimental group,with 39 cases in each group.The reference group received traditional surgical treatment,while the experimental group received minimally invasive breast rotational resection surgery.The treatment eff ects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the intraoperative bleeding in the experimental group was less than that in the reference group,and the pain scores at diff erent time points after surgery were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05);The scores of postoperative pigmentation and nipple sensitivity in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05);The incidence of related complications such as skin bruising and local hematoma in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05);One month after surgery,the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of minimally invasive rotational mastectomy has a signifi cant eff ect on reducing postoperative pain in patients with multiple breast nodules,and can promote the improvement of cosmetic eff ects.At the same time,this treatment form can reduce the incidence of complications,accelerate the postoperative recovery speed of patients,and improve their quality of life.
