关节镜下微骨折术治疗膝关节软骨损伤的临床效果评价

摘　　要：探讨不同手术方案治疗膝关节软骨损伤的效果。选取2021年1月—2023年1月北京德尔康尼医院收治的60例膝关节软骨损伤患者为研究对象,基于随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组。对照组实施关节镜下关节清理术,研究组实施关节镜下微骨折术,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果显示,研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,且术后膝关节活动度及膝关节功能评分优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组IL-6、IL-8、PCT、TGF-β1低于对照组,PDGF表达水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术后并发症发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,对于膝关节软骨损伤患者,采取关节镜下微骨折术治疗方案有利于修复其关节软骨,治疗效果理想。To explore the eff ectiveness of diff erent surgical approaches in treating knee cartilage injuries.Sixty patients with knee cartilage injuries admitted to Beijing DCN Orthopedic Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into a control group and a study group based on a random number table method.The control group underwent arthroscopic joint cleaning surgery,while the study group underwent arthroscopic microfracture surgery.The clinical effi cacy of the two groups of patients was compared.The results showed that the total eff ective rate of the study group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group,and the postoperative knee joint range of motion and knee joint function score were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8,PCT,and TGF-β1 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the expression level of PDGF was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Research has found that for patients with knee cartilage injuries,the treatment plan of arthroscopic microfracture surgery is benefi cial for repairing their joint cartilage,and the treatment eff ect is ideal.
