摘　　要：分析腹腔镜下Soave根治术后患儿便控功能的相关影响因素。选取2020年1月—2024年7月于曲靖市妇幼保健院行腹腔镜下Soave根治术后出现便控功能障碍的60例先天性巨结肠患儿的临床资料,采用Krickenbeck评分量表及Rintala评分量表将患儿分为优、良、中、差4组,分析4组患儿术后便控功能的影响因素。单因素分析结果显示,术中切除病变肠段不足、患儿年龄大、手术时间长、术中损伤或出现肛门括约肌痉挛、肛门狭窄是影响患儿术后便控功能的主要因素。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、术中切除病变肠段不足、出现肛门括约肌痉挛、出现肛门狭窄是影响患儿术后便控功能的危险因素。研究发现,影响腹腔镜下Soave根治术后患儿便控功能的因素较多,主要包括术中切除病变肠段不足、肛门括约肌痉挛、肛门狭窄等。To analyze the influencing factors of stool control function in children after laparoscopic Soave radical resection.The clinical data of 60 children with Hirschsprung's disease who underwent laparoscopic Soave radical resection in Qujing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to July 2024 were selected,and the Krickenbeck score scale and Rintala score scale were used to divide the children into four groups:excellent,good,medium and poor,and the influencing factors of postoperative stool control function of the four groups were analyzed.Univariate analysis showed that insufficient intraoperative resection of the diseased intestinal segment,older age,long operation time,intraoperative injury or anal sphincter spasm,and anal stenosis were the main factors affecting the postoperative stool control function.The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,insufficient intraoperative resection of the diseased intestinal segment,anal sphincter spasm,and anal stenosis were the risk factors affecting the postoperative stool control function.The study found that there were many factors affecting the stool control function of children after laparoscopic Soave radical resection,including insufficient intestinal segment of intraoperative resection,anal sphincter spasm,and anal stenosis.
