摘　　要：探讨0~1岁婴儿精细动作发育落后的影响因素。回顾性分析2023年1月—2024年4月在江苏省人民医院龙江院区儿童保健科进行过《0~6岁儿童发育行为评估量表》评估的191例0~1岁婴儿的评估结果,根据发育商(develop-mental quotient,DQ)分为精细DQ正常组(DQ≥80)和精细DQ异常组(DQ≤79),采用多因素Logistic回归分析0~1岁婴儿精细动作发育落后的影响因素。结果显示,大运动发育商、适应能力发育商、社会行为发育商分数低,早产的0~1岁婴儿发生精细发育异常的风险较高。0~1岁婴儿精细动作发育落后的影响因素可能与大运动、适应能力、社会行为、早产有关。研究发现,在儿童的生长发育过程中,应关注早产儿童的大运动、社会行为、适应能力发展,从而行早期干预以促进其精细动作的健康发育。To explore the infl uencing factors of delayed fi ne motor development in infants aged 0~1 years old.A retrospective analysis was conducted on the evaluation results of 191 infants aged 0~1 years who underwent the“0~6-year-old Child Development Behavior Assessment Scale”at the Children’s Health Department of Longjiang Branch of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2023 to April 2024.According to the developmental quotient(DQ),they were divided into a fi ne DQ normal group(DQ≥80)and a fi ne DQ abnormal group(DQ≤79).Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the infl uencing factors of delayed fi ne motor development in infants aged 0-1 years.The results showed that premature infants aged 0-1 have a higher risk of developing fine developmental abnormalities due to low scores in gross motor development quotient,adaptive development quotient,and social behavior development quotient.The infl uencing factors of delayed fi ne motor development in infants aged 0~1 may be related to gross motor skills,adaptability,social behavior,and premature birth.Research has found that in the process of children’s growth and development,attention should be paid to the development of gross motor skills,social behavior,and adaptability in premature children,and early intervention should be carried out to promote the healthy development of their fi ne motor skills.
