腹部手法按压在电子结肠镜检查护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：探讨腹部手法按压在电子结肠镜检查护理中的应用效果。选取2023年1月—2024年6月于贵州医科大学附属肿瘤医院接受电子结肠镜检查的108例患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各54例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予腹部手法按压。比较两组患者的肠道清洁度、检查时间、疼痛程度和护理前后焦虑程度。结果显示,观察组的肠道清洁度明显优于对照组,检查时间明显短于对照组,疼痛程度和焦虑程度明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,腹部手法按压在电子结肠镜检查护理中具有重要的应用意义,能够提高患者的肠道清洁度,缩短检查时间,减轻患者的疼痛程度和焦虑程度,值得临床推广应用。To explore the application eff ect of abdominal manual pressing in electronic colonoscopy nursing.108 patients who underwent electronic colonoscopy at the Affi liated Cancer Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 54 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received abdominal manual compression on the basis of the control group.Compare the intestinal cleanliness,examination time,pain level,and anxiety level before and after nursing between two groups of patients.The results showed that the intestinal cleanliness of the observation group was signifi cantly better than that of the control group,the examination time was signifi cantly shorter than that of the control group,and the pain and anxiety levels were signifi cantly lower than those of the control group,with statistically signifi cant diff erences(P<0.05).Research has found that abdominal manual pressing has important application signifi cance in the nursing of electronic colonoscopy examination,which can improve the cleanliness of patients’intestines,shorten the examination time,alleviate patients’pain and anxiety levels,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
