人性化护理模式在护理中的应用效果分析肺结核患者

摘　　要：以肺结核患者为研究对象,分析人性化护理模式在其治疗过程中的应用效果。选取广州市胸科医院2023年1月—2023年5月收治的100例肺结核患者为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施人性化护理模式,比较两组患者的疾病知识掌握情况、治疗依从性、心理情绪与自尊情况、护理满意度。结果显示,观察组患者的疾病知识掌握情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的各项治疗依从性评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分和自尊评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SDS、SAS评分低于对照组,自尊评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的各项护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,针对肺结核患者实施人性化护理的效果较好,患者的护理满意度较高,有助于患者深入掌握疾病知识,可缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,同时还能够有效提升患者的治疗依从性,临床推广应用价值较高。Taking tuberculosis patients as the research object,analyze the application eff ect of humanized nursing mode in their treatment process.Selecting 100 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to Guangzhou Chest Hospital from January 2023 to May 2023 as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into two groups:a control group and an observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received humanized nursing care.The disease knowledge mastery,treatment compliance,psychological emotions and self-esteem,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the disease knowledge mastery of the observation group patients was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically signifi cant diff erence(P>0.05)in the SAS,SDS scores,and self-esteem scores between the two groups of patients;After nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the self-esteem score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the observation group patients with various nursing care were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing humanized nursing for tuberculosis patients has a good eff ect,with high patient satisfaction with nursing care.It helps patients to deepen their understanding of the disease,alleviate their anxiety and depression,and eff ectively improve their treatment compliance.It has high clinical value for promotion and application.
