摘　　要：针对诺如病毒在不同样本中的阳性检出率进行分析与探讨。采集2021年1月—2023年12月贵阳市花溪区出现相关症状的患者的肛拭子、粪便、呕吐物、环境涂抹物及食品样本,对现场流行病学资料进行收集,采用双重荧光PCR法定性检测诺如病毒,分析相关数据。统计结果显示,2021年1月—2023年12月,共报道22起诺如病毒感染事件。在送检的383例疑似诺如病毒感染样本中,阳性样本86例,总阳性率为22.45%。在发生地点中,幼儿园以50.00%的占比位列第一。在送检的383例样本中,检出阳性样本86例,其中呕吐物的阳性检出率最高,为46.15%;在86例阳性样本中,肛拭子以73.26%的占比位列第一。研究发现,贵阳市花溪区在2021年1月—2023年12月出现的诺如病毒感染主要集中在学校,幼儿园占比最大,其次为小学。为有效减少诺如病毒感染事件,快速明确致病因子并采取应对方案,应进一步加强对诺如病毒的防控工作。To analyze and explore the positive detection rate of Norovirus in different samples.Collect anal swabs,feces,vomit,environmental smears,and food samples from patients with relevant symptoms in Huaxi District,Guiyang City from January 2021 to December 2023,collect epidemiological data on site,and use dual fluorescence PCR to legally detect Norovirus and analyze relevant data.The statistical results show that from January 2021 to December 2023,a total of 22 cases of Norovirus infection were reported.Among the 383 suspected Norovirus infected samples sent for testing,86 were positive,with a total positive rate of 22.45%.Among the locations where it occurred,kindergarten ranked first with a proportion of 50.00%.Among the 383 samples submitted for testing,86 positive samples were detected,with the highest positive detection rate of 46.15%for vomit;Among the 86 positive samples,anal swabs ranked first with a proportion of 73.26%.Research has found that the Norovirus infections that occurred in Huaxi District,Guiyang City from January 2021 to December 2023 were mainly concentrated in schools,with kindergartens accounting for the largest proportion,followed by primary schools.To effectively reduce the incidence of Norovirus infection,quickly identify the pathogenic factors,and adopt response plans,it is necessary to further strengthen the prevention and control of Norovirus.
