基于标准作业程序的精细化护理对青光眼手术患者护理质量的影响研究

摘　　要：分析针对青光眼患者应用以标准作业程序为基础的精细化护理对护理质量的影响。选取2023年1月—2023年12月于鲁南眼科医院接受青光眼手术的60例患者为研究对象,随机将其分为参比组(常规护理,n=30)和分析组(以标准作业程序为基础的精细化护理,n=30)。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果显示,术前1天,两组患者的SAS及SDS评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05),麻醉前及手术结束时,分析组SAS评分及SDS评分均低于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组护理满意度(护理责任心、风险意识、操作技能、服务态度)高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组不良反应发生率低于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,针对青光眼患者,引入以标准作业程序为基础的精细化护理,利于改善患者的负性情绪,提升其护理满意度,降低不良反应发生率,可推广。To analyze the impact of applying refi ned nursing based on standard operating procedures on the quality of care for glaucoma patients.Sixty patients who underwent glaucoma surgery at Lunan Eye Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a reference group(conventional nursing,n=30)and an analysis group(fi ne nursing based on standard operating procedures,n=30).Compare the nursing outcomes of two groups of patients.The results showed that on the day before surgery,there was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Before anesthesia and at the end of surgery,the SAS and SDS scores of the analysis group were lower than those of the reference group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the analysis group(nursing responsibility,risk awareness,operational skills,service attitude)was higher than that of the reference group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the analysis group was lower than that in the reference group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Research has found that introducing refi ned nursing based on standard operating procedures for glaucoma patients can improve their negative emotions,enhance their nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which can be promoted.
