构建中国边疆学自主知识体系的若干思考

摘　　要：中国边疆学自主知识体系是中国自主知识体系的重要组成部分。构建中国边疆学自主知识体系是解决中国边疆现实问题、尊重学术发展规律和推动中国边疆现代化建设的必然要求。构建中国边疆学自主知识体系的核心在于理解边疆认识边疆,分析总结历代边疆治理的经验,树立正确的国家安全观和边疆发展观。理解边疆是前提,加强边疆治理是基础,维护国家安全是底线。加快构建中国边疆学自主知识体系,要坚持以马克思主义唯物史观为指导,警惕西方意识形态渗透,突破西方中心主义的知识桎梏,立足中国立场建立中国学派。中国边疆问题具有极强的政治性和国家性,既要聚焦边疆、民族与国家治理的基础理论问题,也要聚焦国家安全与边疆发展问题,将历史与现实结合起来。The independent knowledge system for Chinese borderland studies is an important part of China's independent knowledge system.Constructing an independent knowledge system for Chinese borderland studies is essential for addressing the practical issues facing China’s borderlands,respecting the laws of academic development,and promoting the modernization of Chinese borderlands.The core of constructing the system lies in understanding the borderlands,analyzing and summarizing the experience of borderland governance throughout history,and establishing a correct view of national security and borderland development.Understanding the borderlands is the prerequisite,strengthening borderland governance is the foundation,and safeguarding national security is the bottom line.To accelerate the construction of an independent knowledge system for Chinese borderland studies,it is necessary to adhere to the guidance of Marxist materialist conception of history,be highly vigilant against the infiltration of Western ideologies,break through the intellectual shackles of Westerncentrism,and establish a Chinese school of thought based on China's position.Since China's borderland issues are highly political and national in nature,it is necessary to focus not only on the fundamental theoretical issues of the borderlands,ethnicity and national management,but also on issues related to national security and borderland development,in combination with history and reality.
