西方生态思潮的超越与中国形态的生态文明理论建构

摘　　要：随着对西方生态思潮缺陷的认识,我国学术界提出了摆脱生态文明的西方霸权话语、建构中国形态的生态文明理论的任务。西方生态思潮虽然在具体理论观点上存在着分歧和争论,但其共同缺陷是秉承文化决定论的思维方式和西方中心主义的价值立场,否定发展中国家人民群众的环境权和发展权。习近平生态文明思想是坚持“两个结合”,超越西方生态思潮和对中华传统生态智慧创造性转化的结果。中国生态文明建设的不同目的和任务,决定了中国形态的生态文明理论建构应当在超越西方生态思潮的基础上,结合中国生态文明建设和全球生态环境治理中生态文明话语的争论,既具有捍卫包括中国在内的发展中国家的生存权、环境权和发展权的发展观功能,又具有促进全球生态治理和共同发展的境界论功能。With the increasing recognition of the deficiencies in Western ecological thoughts,Chinese scholars have proposed a task of transcending the Western-dominant discourse on ecological civilization and constructing an ecological civilization theory with Chinese characteristics.Although Western ecological thoughts have differences and debates in specific theoretical viewpoints,their common flaw lies in adhering to a cultural determinism mindset and a Western-centric value system,which denies the environmental and developmental rights of the people in developing countries.Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization adheres to combining the basic principles of Marxism with China's specific realities and with traditional Chinese culture,which surpasses Western ecological thoughts and creatively transforms China's traditional ecological wisdom.The distinct goals and tasks of China's ecological civilization construction determine that the construction of an ecological civilization theory with Chinese characteristics should transcend Western ecological thoughts and combine with China's ecological civilization practices and global debates on ecological civilization discourse.This theory should not only defend the rights to survival,environment,and development of developing countries,including that of China,but also contribute to global ecological governance and shared development.
