摘　　要：2021年1月—2022年12月,对巍山青华绿孔雀省级保护区两栖爬行动物进行调查,共记录两栖爬行动物3目18科31种,其中两栖动物2目7科10种,爬行动物1目11科21种。31种两栖爬行动物中,除东洋界和古北界广布种2种外,其余29种均为东洋种,其中东洋界广布种13种(占比41.93%)、西南区种9种(占比29.03%)。属国家二级重点保护物种3种;列入《中国生物多样性红色名录》中濒危种5种,易危种5种,近危种2种;列入IUCN红色名录中濒危种1种,易危种4种,近危种1种;列入CITES附录物种3种;列入“三有动物”名录物种21种。多样性指数分析表明,两栖动物和爬行动物F、G指数均较低,在科、属水平上多样性均较低,爬行动物G-F指数高于两栖动物,保护区爬行动物多样性高于两栖动物。针对该保护区两栖爬行动物多样性特点及影响因素提出保护和管理建议。From January 2021 to December 2022,the amphibians and reptiles of the Qinghua Green Peafowl Provincial Nature Reserve of Weishan were investigated,and a total of 31 species in 18 families and 3 orders were recorded,including 10 species of amphibians in 7 families and 2 orders and 21 species of reptiles in 11 families and 1 order.Among the 31 amphibian and reptile species,except for 2 widely distributed species in the Oriental and Palearctic realms,the remaining 29 species were Oriental species,with 13 widely distributed species(41.93%)in the Eastern realm and 9 species(29.03%)in the southwestern region.There were 3 species under national second-class key protection.There were 5 endangered species,5 vulnerable species,and 2 near-threatened species in the Red List of Biodiversity of China.1 species was endangered,4 were vulnerable,and 1 was near threatened in IUCN Red List.3 species included in CITES appendices;21 species included in the list of“terrestrial wildlife with important ecological,scientific,and social value”.The diversity index analysis showed that the F and G indices of amphibians and reptiles were low,and the diversity of reptiles was lower at the family and genus levels,and the G-F index of reptiles was higher than that of amphibians,and the diversity of reptiles in the reserve was higher than that of amphibians.According to the characteristics and influencing factors of amphibian and reptile diversity in the reserve,some suggestions for protection and management were put forward.
