国外国家公园原住民研究及其对中国的启示

摘　　要：系统梳理国外国家公园原住民的相关研究对我国国家公园体制建设具有重要意义。精选国外1992年以来的49篇国家公园原住民相关研究文献并进行梳理分析。研究发现,国外相关研究主要集中在国家公园与原住民关系、原住民在国家公园中的作用、国家公园与原住民的冲突及化解、国家公园与原住民合作机制建设、国家公园原住民参与旅游发展等5个方面。国外研究在构建具有中国特色的人居荒野型国家公园范式、保障国家公园原住民的合法正当利益、发挥原住民保护作用等3方面对我国国家公园体制建设具有重要借鉴意义。The systematic review of foreign research on indigenous people in national parks abroad is of great significance for the construction of national park system in China.This paper selected 49 research papers on indigenous people in national parks abroad since 1992 and conducted the systematic analysis.The research showed that foreign research mainly focused on five aspects,including the relationship between national parks and indigenous people,the role of indigenous people in national parks,conflicts and resolution between national parks and indigenous people,the construction of cooperation mechanisms between national parks and indigenous people,and the participation of indigenous people in tourism development.Foreign research had important reference significance for the construction of China′s national park system in three aspects of building a living wilderness model with Chinese characteristics,safeguarding the legitimate interests of indigenous people in national parks,and playing the protective role for indigenous people.
