摘  要:The production and measurement of new isotopes is one of the most important objectives in nuclear physics experiments.Fragmentation,spallation,and fission reactions at medium energies are most powerful methods used in these experiments.Reliable isotopic cross sections are required for optimizing these experiments,understanding the origin of the galactic cosmic-ray,and many applications.
