小农户与现代农业发展有机衔接的“农技传递”路径及其评价——基于吉林省T县的田野调查

摘　　要：在“大国小农”的基本国情农情下,促进小农户与现代农业发展有机衔接是以人民为中心推进乡村振兴发展思想的重要彰显。通过在吉林省T县的系统田野调查发现,县域内“政府主导推广、龙头企业辐射带动、农户横向交流”的“农技传递”作为有机衔接的重要路径,在将农业技术广布于阡陌田间之际,也建立起乡土社会的新关联、新网络。从小农户的主体性与接纳性、技术政治与技术商品化、以技术传递为媒介的农民再组织化的理论视角审视,“农技传递”的多元路径各具独特价值和待优化之处。唯有精心设计并创新组合农业技术的传播方案,方能进一步发挥其衔接小农户与现代农业发展的效能,实现“藏粮于技”,继而服务于以农民为主体、以农业为核心、以农村为载体的农业农村现代化事业。In the context of China's predominance of small-scale peasant farming, promoting the integration of smallholder farming with modern agricultural development is a key aspect of the rural revitalization strategy centered on people. Using County T in Jilin Province as a case study, an in-depth investigation identifies the agricultural technology transfer model of “government-led promotion, enterprise-driven diffusion, and horizontal farmer-to-farmer communication” as a critical pathway for this integration. This model not only facilitates the widespread adoption of agricultural technology in rural areas but also fosters new relationships and networks within rural communities.From theoretical perspectives-including the subjectivity of small-scale farmers, the socio-political dimensions of technology, and the restructuring of farming practices through technology transfer-the study highlights the unique value and optimization needs of various technology dissemination pathways. The findings emphasize that carefully designing and innovating technology transfer mechanisms is essential for effectively linking small-scale farming with modern agricultural development, ultimately achieving the goal of “storing grain in technology.” This approach will contribute to the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, with farmers as the core stakeholders, agriculture as the focus, and rural areas as the operational platform.
