摘 要:基于2011—2022年省级面板数据,利用主成分分析法和面板向量自回归(PVAR)模型对数字经济、人力资本集聚和地区收入差距的动态关系进行实证检验。结果表明:人力资本集聚与地区收入差距之间存在双向互惠关系,协同推进地区发展;数字经济与人力资本要素间以替代效应为主,数字经济发展在短期不利于地区人力资本积累,进而扩大本地与发达地区间的收入差距;长期来看,虽然数字经济发展仍旧挤出人力资本,但能够以其共享性和空间溢出效应缩小地区收入差距。Based on the provincial panel data from 2011 to 2022,the principal component analysis and PVAR model were used to empirically test the evolution of the dynamic relationship between digital economy,human capital agglomeration and regional income gap.The results show that there is a dynamic two-way reciprocal relationship between human capital agglomeration and regional income gap,and regional development is promoted in a coordinated manner.The substitution effect between the digital economy and human capital factors is dominant,and the development of the digital economy is not conducive to the accumulation of regional human capital in the short term,which in turn widens the income gap between local and developed regions.In the long run,although the development of the digital economy still squeezes out human capital,it can narrow the regional income gap with its sharing and spatial spillover effect.
