摘  要:科技创新是实现行业可持续高质量发展及转型升级的重要推手。以创新投入、创新产出和创新支持为主要评价指标,设计构建了面向五金行业的科技创新能力评价体系。以浙江永康五金行业为例,利用熵权法TOPSIS法,检验和分析了所构建评价体系的合理及有效性,对浙江永康的杯业、门业、其他日用五金和工具五金四大行业进行了实证分析,提出了相应的建设对策。相关研究成果对五金行业科技创新能力的提升、行业优化升级具有一定的指导价值。Scientific and technological innovation is an important driving force to achieve sustainable and high-quality development and transformation and upgrading of the industry.Taking innovation input,innovation output and innovation support as the main evaluation indexes,an evaluation system of science and technology innovation capability for hardware industry was designed and constructed.Taking the hardware industry of Yongkang in Zhejiang Province as an example,TOPSIS method was used to test and analyze the reasonability and effectiveness of the constructed evaluation system,and an empirical analysis of the four major industries of cup industry,door industry,other daily hardware and tool hardware was made in Yongkang,Zhejiang Province.Corresponding construction countermeasures are put forward.The relevant research results have certain guiding value for the promotion of scientific and technological innovation ability and industry optimization and upgrading of the hardware industry.
