摘  要:在实际运行中,GIS机械性故障是导致事故发生的一大主要原因。近年来,由机械故障引起的事故占比逐渐增长。然而,关于机械故障发生的具体过程、如何有效处置这类故障以及如何预防由此引起的事故,在现有研究中鲜有报道。介绍了一起GIS设备隔离开关机械故障引起的连锁事故。以日照西分站GIS组合电器中隔离刀闸机械问题引起的连续两次跳闸、两台主变顺序失电的连锁性事故为例,通过对GIS故障前运行方式、保护动作、开箱检查结果的调查分析,刻画了本次事故的发生过程,给出了本次事故的分析结果,提出了相应的整改意见,为GIS设备的生产、安装及运维提供了典型依据。In practical operation,GIS mechanical failure is a major cause of accidents.In recent years,the proportion of accidents caused by mechanical failures has gradually increased.However,there are few reports in existing research on the specific process of mechanical failures,how to effectively handle such failures,and how to prevent accidents caused by them.A chain accident caused by a mechanical failure of a GIS equipment isolation switch was introduced.Taking the chain accident of two consecutive trips and two main transformers losing power in sequence caused by mechanical problems of the isolation knife switch in the GIS composite electrical equipment of a 110 kV substation as an example,through the investigation and analysis of the operating mode,protection action,and unpacking inspection results before the GIS fault,the occurrence process of this accident was depicted,and the analysis results of this accident were given.Corresponding rectification suggestions are proposed,providing a typical basis for the production,installation and operation of GIS equipment.
