摘　　要：“数据分析与挖掘”是信息管理与信息系统专业的核心课程。现阶段,“数据分析与挖掘”课程教学存在学生学习兴趣不高、理论与应用联系不够紧密、课上课下线上线下未能有效结合、评价体系不合理、学生发展的可持续性不高等诸多亟待解决的问题。面向创新型、复合型、应用型人才的培养目标,提出了一系列具体的教学改革思路,包括基于学生的自主选题开展教学、结合选题进行小组讨论、利用线上手段赋能课下教学、建立综合评价体系、关注学生后续发展等,以期提高学生的学习自主性及教学效果,培养学生灵活运用课程知识解决实际问题的能力。Data Analysis and Mining is a core course for the major of information management and information systems.At this stage,there are many problems that need to be solved in the teaching of Data Analysis and Mining,such as students’low learning interest,insufficient connection between theory and application,ineffective integration between offline and offline classes,unreasonable evaluation system,and low sustainability of student development.In view of this,this article aims at cultivating innovative,compound and applied talents,and proposes a series of specific teaching reform ideas,including teaching based on students’topic selection,group discussions combined with selected topics,empowering offline teaching through online means,establishing a comprehensive evaluation system,and paying attention to students’subsequent development,so as to improve students’learning autonomy and teaching effectiveness and cultivate students’ability to flexibly use course knowledge to solve practical problems.
