摘 要:为探究高校发展型资助育人活动状况,研究编制了《高校发展型资助育人活动满意度问卷》与影响因素问卷,在宁波市3所本科院校和3所高职院校中采用分层随机抽样的方法进行大样本施测。结果表明,问卷具有较高的信度与效度,高校发展型资助育人活动满意度的四个维度分别是数量充足性、质量满意度、形式满意度、创新性满意度。高校发展型资助育人活动的总体状况较好。高校发展型资助育人活动满意度总分及其四个维度与家庭经济困难学生、独生子女、获得过学生补助和专业等有密切关系,主要受家校联合、自我努力、校园文化、社会典型榜样、课程融入等因素影响。研究结果为提升高校发展型资助育人活动水平提供了理论依据。In order to explore the status of the developmental funding educational activity in the colleges and universities,this study developed“the Satisfaction Questionnaire on the Developmental Funding Educational Activity in the Colleges and Universities”and the questionnaire on the influencing factors.The method of the stratified random sampling was used to test the large samples in the three colleges and the three universities in Ningbo City.The questionnaire had good reliability and validity.The satisfaction of the developmental funding educational activity had a multi-dimensional structure,including the quantity adequacy,the quality satisfaction,the form satisfaction,and the innovation satisfaction.The overall situation of the developmental funding educational activity in the colleges and universities was good.The total score and four dimensions of the satisfaction of the developmental funding educational activity in the colleges and universities were closely related to the students from poor families,the only child,the students who have received subsidies and the majors,and were mainly affected by factors such as the family-school alliance,the self-effort,the campus culture,the social typical models,and the curriculum integration.The results of the research provided a theoretical basis for improving the level of the developmental funding educational activity in colleges and universities.
