摘 要:探究临床操作技能评估法(DOPS)在妇产科不同层次学生临床技能教学中的应用效果。选择在大连大学附属中山医院实习的本科生、硕士研究生和规培生共300名,分为对照组和试验组,分别使用常规医学教学法、基于DOPS评价体系教学法,比较两组教学效果。本科生两组平均分具有统计学差异(79.91±3.97 vs 81.71±3.95,p<0.05);硕士研究生及规培生两组考核平均分具有统计学差异(79.74±5.10 vs 81.74±4.83,p<0.05)。本科生两组教学效果满意度具有统计学差异(8.94±0.57 vs 9.27±0.55,p <0.05);硕士研究生及规培生两组满意度具有统计学差异(9.04±0.45 vs 9.40±0.57,p <0.05)。DOPS有效提高了妇产科临床技能教学质量,学生具有较高的满意度和认可度。To explore the application of DOPS in skill training of obstetrics and gynecology,a total of 300 students(200 undergraduate students and 100 master students and trainees)who received the skill training of obstetrics and gynecology in Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University from September 2020 to September 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group and the experimental group were analyzed comparatively,using the conventional medical teaching method and the medical teaching method of the DOPS evaluation system,respectively.The teaching effect was compared and analyzed.The mean score of obstetrics and gynecology internship assessment in the control group of undergraduate students was 79.91±3.97 points,and the mean score of the experimental group was 81.71±3.95 points.The average assessments score of the two groups were statistically different(p<0.05).The mean score of the control group of master students and trainees was 79.74±5.10 points,and the mean score of the experimental group was 81.74±4.83 points.The assessments of the two groups were statistically different(p<0.05).Undergraduate control group’s satisfaction with teaching effect was 8.94±0.57 points,and the experimental group’s satisfaction was 9.27±0.55 points.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups’satisfaction(p<0.05).The satisfaction of master students and trainees in the control group was 9.04±0.45 points,and the experimental group’s satisfaction was 9.40±0.57 points.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups’satisfaction(p<0.05).DOPS teaching can effectively improve the teaching quality,which owns relatively high degree of satisfaction and recognition from students.
