摘　　要：为坚持学术规范和学术质量,促进学术交流,提升学术成果影响力,遵照中华人民共和国著作权法等有关法律法规和有关国际条约公约以及学术交流惯例,本刊声明如下:1.本刊进行同行专家双向匿名评议,但所刊发的稿件不代表本刊和审稿专家的观点,作者文责自负。For the purpose of adhering to academic norms and quality,promoting academic exchanges and enhancing influence of academic achievements and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations such as the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant international treaties,conventions,and academic exchange practices,the editorial office makes declarations as follows.
