乡村旅游发展驱动力量化评价及其赋能乡村振兴路径研究

摘  要:为解决一哄而上发展乡村旅游的现实问题,运用系统论的方法,将影响乡村旅游发展的主要驱动力归纳为行政力和市场力。以“市场力”为横坐标、“行政力”为纵坐标,构建起基于两种驱动力的乡村旅游发展驱动力评价模型。采用定量分析,依据市场力的大小和行政力的强弱,将乡村分为BP型、BW型、SP型、SW型四种类型,研究认为不同类型村庄发展乡村旅游、实现产业融合和推进乡村振兴的实施路径也不同。BP型乡村最适合优先发展乡村旅游,进而通过乡村旅游的发展引领乡村振兴;BW型乡村适合优先发展乡村旅游,再通过乡村旅游带动乡村振兴;SP型乡村应利用行政资源补齐自身市场短板,打好市场基础后再发展乡村旅游;SW型乡村应先做优现代农业,做强农产品加工流通业,再通过乡村旅游服务乡村振兴。以期引导乡村在充分判断各自的基础条件和乡村旅游发展驱动力后,因地制宜地进行乡村旅游规划及开发,以乡村旅游高质量发展全面推进乡村振兴。In order to solve the practical problem that the development of rural tourism brings a lot of homogenization and low-level construction,the main driving forces affecting the development of rural tourism are summarized as administrative force and market force.With market force as the horizontal coordinate and administrative force as the vertical coordinate,eight secondary indicators based on the two driving forces are constructed.Through the identification model of rural tourism development driving force and the use of quantitative methods and according to the size of the market force and the strength of the administrative force,the countryside is divided into four types:BP type,BW type,SP type,and SW type.It is concluded that different types of villages have different implementation paths to develop rural tourism,achieve industrial integration and promote rural revitalization.BP-type villages are most suitable to give priority to the development of rural tourism,and then lead the revitalization of the whole village through the development of rural tourism;BW type villages are suitable to give priority to the development of rural tourism,and then promote the revitalization of rural industries through rural tourism;SP type villages should make use of administrative resources to make up their own market shortcomings and lay a good market foundation before developing rural tourism;SW villages should first do better modern agriculture,strengthen the processing and circulation of agricultural products,and then serve rural revitalization through rural tourism.In order to guide villages to fully judge their own basic conditions and driving forces of rural tourism development,rural tourism planning and development should be carried out according to local conditions,and the high-quality development of rural tourism should be used to comprehensively promote rural revitalization.
