摘　　要：目的:构建口腔癌病人自体脂肪填充治疗围术期护理方案并初步运用,探讨其临床应用效果。方法:运用文献分析法和专家小组会议构建口腔癌病人自体脂肪填充治疗围术期护理方案。按照入院顺序将2022年11月—2023年9月收治的12例病人作为对照组,2023年10月—2024年3月4日收治的12例病人作为试验组。试验组在常规护理基础上采用基于循证构建的围术期护理方案,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组病人的生存质量、治疗满意度和并发症发生情况。结果:最终构建的方案共包括3个一级指标、21个二级指标和45个三级指标。初步应用结果显示,试验组病人生存质量和治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组未发生并发症,对照组发生不良反应3例,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:构建的口腔癌病人自体脂肪填充围术期护理方案具有科学性和实用性,应用于临床有助于改善病人的生存质量和治疗满意度。Objective:To construct a perioperative nursing program for oral cancer patients undergoing autologous fat grafting and initially apply it,and to explore its clinical application effect.Methods:A literature analysis method and expert panel meeting were used to construct a perioperative nursing program for oral cancer patients undergoing autologous fat grafting.According to the admission sequence,12 patients admitted from November 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the control group,and 12 patients admitted from October 2023 to March 4,2024 were selected as the experimental group.The experimental group adopted the perioperative nursing program constructed based on evidence⁃based guidance on the basis of routine nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.The quality of life,treatment satisfaction,and incidence of complications of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The finally constructed program included 3 first⁃level indicators,21 second⁃level indicators,and 45 third⁃level indicators.The results of the preliminary application showed that the quality of life and treatment satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No complications occurred in the experimental group,while 3 adverse reactions occurred in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:The constructed perioperative nursing program for oral cancer patients undergoing autologous fat grafting is scientific and practical.Its application in clinical practice helps to improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.
