摘　　要：目的:探讨安宁疗护全程全人照护模式对晚期肿瘤病人心理状况、应对方式、生活质量的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年11月于我院肿瘤科住院的106例晚期肿瘤病人,根据入院顺序及组间资料具可比性的原则,将2022年1月—11月入院的53例病人纳入对照组,予以常规肿瘤护理;将2022年12月—2023年11月入院的53例病人纳入观察组,予以安宁疗护全程全人照护。两组病人均持续干预14 d,比较两组病人心理状况、生活质量和症状控制等情况。结果:干预14 d后,观察组心理韧性、积极应对和社会支持评分高于对照组(P<0.05),消极应对评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量及部分症状控制效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:安宁疗护全程全人护理模式可有效改善晚期肿瘤病人的心理状况,转变应对方式,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the impact of hospice whole⁃person care model of palliative care on the psychological status,coping strategies,and quality of life of patients with advanced cancer.Methods:A total of 106 patients with advanced cancer admitted to the oncology department of our hospital between January 2022 and November 2023 were selected.Based on the order of admission and the principle of comparability between groups,53 patients admitted from January 2022 to November 2022 were included in the control group and received the routine oncology care,while 53 patients admitted from December 2022 to November 2023 were included in the observation group and received hospice whole⁃person care model.Both groups received continuous intervention for 14 days,and the psychological status,quality of life,and symptom control were compared between the two groups.Results:After 14 days of intervention,the observation group had higher scores for resilience,positive coping,and social support than the control group(P<0.05),while scores for fatigue and negative coping were lower(P<0.05).The quality of life and symptom control outcomes in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hospice whole⁃person care model of palliative care can effectively improve the psychological status of patients with advanced cancer,shift their coping strategies,and enhance their quality of life.
