摘　　要：在环保公益组织中,常常可见妇女广泛、活跃的参与。本文尝试以当代中国女性的现实经验和多元实践进入“妇女与自然”这一议题的研究中。本研究聚焦从事环保工作的女性,检视女性为何从事环保工作,在其观念世界与工作实践中“生态自然”与“女性自我”是如何相互交织、共同建构的。研究发现,从业女性对于职业价值感、意义感的期待,以及对于绿色价值和公益的追求,共同驱动着她们从事环保活动,并构成持续行动的动力。组织资源、收入、家庭婚育等结构性因素推动又制约着环保女性的职业发展。环保组织特有的工作模式和组织文化,重塑着她们的日常生活、工作经验和性别气质。在其实践中,中国当代环保女性表述和重塑着独到的、新型的自然观念。这一观念超越了西方传统的、以自然—社会二元对立观念为基础的环保主义,也超越了既往人类中心的环保实践,将社会关怀融入自然保护。这是一个构建自然观念的过程,也是一个自我塑造和超越的过程。Women are very active in China's environmental organizations.This study aims to contribute to research on“women and nature”by looking at various experiences and practices of women in contemporary China.It focuses on women who work in the environmental organizations,examines their experiences and notions,and answers why they choose to work for environmental organizations.For example,how their notions of nature and perceptions of self are inter-related and reconstructed?This study learns that these women's expectations of values and meanings of their vacation and the pursuit of green values and public good drive them to take environmental protection as their career.The structural factors such as resources of the organization,income and family plans may support or restrict their choices of career development.The working patterns and culture of environmental organizations reshaped their everyday life,work experiences and temperament.In their practices,they are representing and reshaping their own notions of nature.Their notions of nature incorporate social support with their conception of nature,which are,on the one hand,different from the western traditional perceptions of nature based on the dichotomy of“nature-society”.On the other hand,they transcend the human-centered environmental ideas,the process of which women are reconstructing their notions of nature is also the process in which they reshape themselves.
