摘　　要：本文运用大数据分析法对“虎扑”平台上城市男性关于生育话题的94528条贴文进行分析后发现,城市男性的生育话题主要集中在家庭成本与负担、彩礼与生育补偿、生育能力与年龄、生育政治与政策、生育补贴与权益五方面,呈现出一种“规划+计算”的“新计划生育”观。他们基于家庭承载能力,全面权衡生育问题,特别关注经济因素和女性生育能力。这种观念的出现,本质上是城市男性对待未来的避险行为,旨在保全家庭以对抗社会不确定性。未来政策制定应从家庭视角出发,结合传统文化与新型社会观念,理解、尊重并包容城市男性的生育观,引导他们做出既符合国家人口发展战略又契合小家庭利益的生育选择,促进家庭和谐与社会人口的可持续发展。This paper uses the big data analytics to examine 94,528 posts on the“Hupu”platform regarding fertility among urban men.It has found that urban men's concerns with fertility mainly focus on five aspects:family costs and burdens,fertility compensation and betrothal gifts,fertility ability and age,fertility politics and policies,as well as fertility subsidies and rights.These concerns suggest the rise of a“new family planning”concept centering on“planning+calculation”.Based on the family's bearing capacity,these men comprehensively weigh the fertility issue,paying particular attention to economic factors and women's fertility ability.Essentially,the emergence of this concept is a risk-avoidance behavior among urban men towards the future,aiming to preserve the family in response to social uncertainties.In the future,when formulating policies,it is necessary to start from the family perspective,integrate traditional culture and new social concepts,understand,respect,and accept urban men's conception of fertility.It may also be desirable to guide them to make fertility choices that are not only in line with the national population development strategy but also in line with the interests of small families,so as to promote family harmony and the sustainable development of society and the population.
