摘 要:目的探讨微创负压抽吸术联合超脉冲二氧化碳(CO_(2))激光治疗腋臭患者的临床效果。方法随机将医院2022年1月至2023年12月收治的80例腋臭患者分为两组,各40例。对照组行小切口汗腺切除术治疗,试验组行微创负压抽吸术联合超脉冲CO_(2)激光治疗。比较两组治疗前、治疗后3个月的腋下异味、疾病严重程度[采用多汗症疾病严重程度量表(HDSS)评估],治疗前、治疗后6个月的生活质量[采用皮肤病生活质量量表(DLQI)评估],以及治疗后6个月内的复发率和并发症发生率。结果两组治疗后3个月的腋下异味评分、HDSS评分和治疗后6个月的DLQI评分均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后6个月内的复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但试验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创负压抽吸术联合超脉冲CO_(2)激光治疗可改善腋臭患者的腋下异味、多汗症状,提高生活质量,降低并发症风险。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive negative pressure aspiration combined with ultra-pulsed carbon dioxide(CO_(2))laser treatment for patients with axillary odor.Methods 80 patients with axillary odor admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with small incision sweat gland resection surgery,and the experimental group was treated with minimally invasive negative pressure aspiration combined with ultra-pulse CO_(2) laser.The axillary odor,disease severity[assessed by the hyperhidrosis disease severity scale(HDSS)]before and 3 months after treatment,quality of life[assessed by the dermatology life quality index(DLQI)]before and 6 months after treatment,recurrence rate and complication rate within 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The axillary odor score and HDSS score at 3 months after treatment and DLQI score at 6 months after treatment in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate within 6 months after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),but the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive negative pressure aspiration combined with ultra-pulsed CO_(2) laser treatment could alleviate axillary odor in patients with axillary odor,improve symptoms of excessive sweating,enhance quality of life,and reduce the risk of complications.
