摘　　要：该研究结合手术缝合线的设计要求和应用场景,以及材料科学、工程技术、生物医学等多学科融合创新,分别从缝合线的材料类型、结构革新、功能化改造等方面详细综述近年来外科手术缝合线的研究进展,探讨其对于创面愈合的改善作用,以及手术缝合领域面临的挑战和对未来的展望,旨在为创新性手术缝合线的产品设计和生产提供指导建议。In this study,with the combination of design requirements and application scenarios of surgical sutures,as well as multidisciplinary integration innovation in materials science,engineering technology and biomedicine,the research progress of surgical sutures in recent years was discussed in detail from the aspects of suture material types,structural innovations,and functional modifications,and its improvement effect on wound healing was explored.In addition,the challenges and future prospects in the field of surgical suture were discussed in depth,aiming to provide guidance and suggestions for the design and manufacture of innovative surgical suture products.
