摘　　要：中华民族共同体理论体系构建的一个关键议题就是厘定理论体系的四梁八柱。中华传统文化中“上下四方曰宇,古往今来曰宙”的宇宙认知,为中华民族共同体理论体系构建提供了思考框架的启迪:中华民族共同体理论体系构建要从古今中外的时空之维展开思考,即“爬梳历史、聚焦现实;立足中国、放眼全球”。爬梳历史,就是爬梳各民族交往交流交融的史实,揭示中华民族形成发展的历史规律。聚焦现实,就是锚定中华民族伟大复兴战略全局,展开各民族共建共治和共富共享的知识生产。立足中国,就是立足我国统一多民族国家的基本国情,着眼中华文明的源远流长和中国式现代化伟大实践,推进中华民族共同体理论自主建构。放眼全球,就是吸收人类创造的一切优秀文明成果,既要回应国外学界涉华民族事务研究的讹误,又要提炼中国民族事务治理的本土智慧,彰显中华民族共同体建设的全球价值,为破解全球民族事务治理的难题提供可资借鉴的中国经验。A key issue in constructing the theory system of the community of the Chinese nation is to delineate its fundamental framework.The understanding of“the universe as defined by the four directions and the passage of time”in traditional Chinese cultural provides an enlightening conceptual framework for building the theory system of the community of the Chinese nation.The construction of this theory system should unfold from the dimensions of time and space,both ancient and modern,domestic and foreign,namely,“sifting through history and focusing on the present;basing ourselves in China while looking globally”.Sifting through history involves examining the historical facts of interactions,exchanges,and integration among various ethnic groups,revealing the historical laws governing the formation and development of the Chinese nation.Focusing on the present means anchoring the overall strategy for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and engaging in knowledge production that promotes co-construction,co-governance,and shared prosperity among all ethnic groups.Basing ourselves in China refers to grounding our approach in the fundamental national conditions of our unified multi-ethnic country,focusing on the long-standing heritage of Chinese civilization and the great practice of Chinese path to modernization,thereby advancing the autonomous construction of the theory of the community of the Chinese nation.Looking globally means absorbing the excellent achievements of all human civilizations,responding to the misconceptions in foreign academic research on ethnic affairs related to China,and distilling local wisdom in the governance of ethnic affairs in China,thereby highlighting the global value of building the community of the Chinese nation and providing valuable Chinese experiences for solving global challenges in ethnic affairs governance.
