摘 要:为了改善常规水泥稳定碎石基层的抗裂性能,采用工业固废粉煤灰和矿渣粉完全替代传统水泥,同时结合大粒径碎石混合料良好的支撑和荷载承受性能的特性,提出了一种新型基层材料——工业固废粉煤灰和矿渣粉胶结大粒径碎石混合料。通过优化颗粒最紧密堆积的比例,采用振动击实方法制作了嵌锁致密的固废粉煤灰和矿渣粉胶结大粒径碎石混合料,并进行了无侧限抗压强度、抗压回弹模量、弯拉强度、干缩性能等系列路用性能试验。试验结果表明:相对于常规水泥稳定碎石基层材料,在相同龄期内,新型基层材料的无侧限抗压强度和抗压回弹模量略有下降,但90 d弯拉强度提高了24.9%。此外,工业固废粉煤灰和矿渣粉胶砂试件的干缩率较低,28 d干缩率仅为水泥胶砂试件的48.6%。新型基层材料的无侧限抗压强度和抗压回弹模量检测值满足规范对常规水泥稳定碎石基层的技术要求,同时具有更高的弯拉强度和更低的干缩率,证实了其在道路工程中代替常规水泥稳定碎石基层具有可行性,特别是在提高抗裂性能方面具有潜在优势。In order to improve the crack resistance of conventional cement-stabilized macadam base,the substitution of traditional cement with industrial solid waste fly ash and slag powder is explored.Meanwhile,combining the excellent support and load-bearing properties of large-sized macadam mixtures,a novel base material,named industrial solid waste fly ash and slag powder cemented large-sized macadam mixture,is proposed.By optimizing the proportion of the most compact particle packing,a dense and interlocked solid waste fly ash and slag powder cemented large-sized macadam mixture is prepared using the vibration compaction method.A series of road performance tests,including unconfined compressive strength,compressive resilience modulus,flexural tensile strength,and drying shrinkage performance,are conducted.The test results show that compared with the conventional cement-stabilized macadam base material,the unconfined compressive strength and compressive resilience modulus of the novel base material slightly decrease within the same age period,but the flexural tensile strength increases by 24.9% at 90 days.In addition,the drying shrinkage rate of the industrial solid waste fly ash and slag powder cement mortar specimens is relatively low,with a 28-day drying shrinkage rate of only 48.6%compared to cement mortar specimens.The measured values of unconfined compressive strength and compressive resilience modulus of the novel base material meet the technical requirements for conventional cementstabilized macadam bases specified in the relevant standards.Meanwhile,it exhibits higher flexural tensile strength and lower drying shrinkage rate,confirming its feasibility as a substitute for conventional cementstabilized macadam bases in road engineering,especially in terms of improving crack resistance.
