摘 要:为提升累计当量轴次换算的准确性,基于路面结构验算方程,依据等效损坏原则,通过ABAQUS模拟分析车辆设计速度变化与行驶特性对路面动态力学响应的影响,并基于力学响应差异提出了相应的轴载换算修正方法及修正系数。研究分析表明,基于车辙等效的轴载换算修正系数接近于1,基于拉应力等效的轴载换算修正系数随设计速度增加而降低,为确保路面结构可靠性,设计速度变化工况下的常规路面设计可不进行轴载换算修正;基于剪应力等效的轴载换算修正系数在车辆启动与制动工况下分别为1.166与1.802,且具有良好的普遍适用性,可为特定路段的沥青路面精细化设计提供实用参考。In order to improve the accuracy of cumulative equivalent axle conversion,based on the pavement structure transfer functions and the principle of equivalent damage,the influence of vehicle design speed change and driving characteristics on the pavement dynamic mechanical responses is simulated and analyzed by ABAQUS software,and the corresponding axle load conversion correction method and correction coefficients are proposed based on the difference of mechanical response.The results show that the correction coefficients of axle load conversion based on the principle of rutting equivalence are close to 1,and the correction coefficients of axle load conversion based on the principle of tensile stress equivalence decrease with the increase of design speed.In order to ensure the reliability of pavement design,the conventional pavement under the condition of design speed change can choose not to correct.The correction coefficients of axle load conversion based on the principle of shear stress equivalence are 1.166 and 1.802 respectively under vehicle starting and braking conditions,and have good universal applicability,which can provide practical reference for the fine design of asphalt pavement in specific road sections.
