河南鹤壁某高速公路煤矿采空区综合勘察方法及稳定性评价应用研究

摘  要:河南鹤壁某高速公路项目地质情况极复杂,煤矿采空区为该项目最复杂的不良地质,控制着该项目的设计方案、工程规模及造价。经调查研究,路线跨越煤矿采空区总长4513 m,具有隐蔽、复杂、年代久远、多样、多层、多次开采的特点。该项目详勘在充分利用初勘成果的基础上,研究采用了综合勘察方法:首先,采用煤矿区资料收集、遥感解译、地表网格式调查、村民及矿企的访问取证等方法进行收集与调查;随后,对各采空区进行了物探、钻探验证(老窑井口架空钻探、孔内测试和取样试验)、稳定性评价等实物勘察,实物勘察重点为老采空区和小窑采空区。勘察成果经多次采空区专项评审,认为勘察成果丰富、资料齐全、结论可靠,采空区稳定性评价结论基本正确,处治建议基本可行。施工阶段采空区处治施工时,注浆孔揭示的采空区深度、范围与勘察结论基本吻合,获得施工单位、业主单位人员的一致好评。提出的采空区勘察总体思路“以专项调查和资料收集为主,辅以物探普查、钻探验证、孔内测试”,可以为类似项目勘察工作的开展起到借鉴作用,具有一定的实际工程意义。The geological conditions of an expressway project in Hebi of Henan Province are extremely complex.The goaf of coal mine is the most complex unfavorable geology of this project,which controls the design scheme,project scale and cost of this project.Through investigation and studies,the total length of the route across the coal mine goaf is 4513 m,which has the characteristics of concealment,complexity,long age,diversity,multi-layer and multiple mining.On the basis of making full use of the preliminary survey results,the comprehensive survey method is adopted in the detailed geotechnical investigation of the project.Firstly,the methods of data collection and investigation of coal mine area,remote sensing interpretation,surface grid format survey,interviewing and evidence collecting from villagers and mining enterprises are adopted.Subsequently,geophysical prospecting,drilling verification(drilling over the old kiln wellhead,testing inside the kiln and sampling test),stability evaluation and other physical surveys are carried out on each goaf.The physical survey focuses on the old goaf and small kiln goaf.After multiple times reviews of the survey results,it is concluded that the survey results cover multiple disciplines,the data collected are complete,the conclusions is reliable,the stability evaluation of the goaf is basically correct,and the treatment suggestions are basically feasible.During the goaf treatment in the construction stage,the depth and range of the goaf revealed by the grouting hole are basically consistent with the survey conclusion,and the construction contractors and the Employer are unanimously satisfied with the survey work.The general idea of goaf survey proposed in this paper is mainly based on special investigation and data collection,supplemented by geophysical prospecting,drilling verification and hole test,which can be used as a reference for the development of similar project survey work and has important practical engineering significance.
