摘 要:大掺量胶粉改性沥青是一种胶粉掺量大于30%的高性能沥青材料,可有效改善沥青混合料高低温等性能,尤其是提升沥青混合料抗疲劳性能。按照高质量高标准规划建设雄安新区的总体要求,雄安新区高速公路建设中创新应用了大掺量胶粉沥青长寿命沥青路面技术。长寿命路面结构采用典型的水泥稳定碎石半刚性基层,沥青面层采用了3层橡胶沥青混凝土结构层,上面层轮胎胶粉掺量为30%,中面层胶粉掺量为40%,下面层胶粉掺量为50%。经过室内试验分析和工程现场检测结果表明,该长寿命路面结构显著提升了路面整体承载能力和表面层耐久性,是一种经济适用的长寿命路面结构,具有广阔的推广应用前景。High content rubber powder modified asphalt is a high-performance asphalt material with a rubber powder content greater than 30%,which can effectively improve the high and low temperature performance of asphalt mixtures,especially the fatigue resistance of asphalt mixtures.In accordance with the overall requirements for the planning and construction of Xiongan New Area with high quality and high standards,the high-content rubber powder asphalt long-life asphalt pavement technology has been innovatively applied in the construction of expressways in Xiongan New Area.The long-life pavement structure adopts a typical cement-stabilized gravel semi-rigid base,and the asphalt surface layer adopts a three-layer rubber asphalt concrete structure layer,the upper layer of tire rubber powder content is 30%,the middle layer of rubber powder content is 40%,and the lower layer of rubber powder content is 50%.The results of laboratory test and field test show that the long-life pavement structure can significantly improve the overall bearing capacity of the pavement and the durability of the surface layer,which is an economical and applicable long-life pavement structure and with broad application prospect.
