摘　　要：德余高速乌江特大桥粗骨料UHPC预制桥面板,在充分利用项目河卵石机制砂和粗骨料的基础上,采用常规设备和常规养护模式生产,整个生产过程无需对干粉料进行预混,因此在预制生产线建设、混凝土浇筑和养护等施工技术方面具有一定的创新性。基于德余乌江特大桥主桥上部结构桥面板预制工程,阐述了粗骨料UHPC预制桥面板施工工艺的关键工序。The project of prefabricated ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)bridge deck panels for the Dejiang-Yuqing Expressway Wujian Major Bridge fully utilizes the mechanism sand and coarse aggregate of the project riverbed.By employing conventional equipment and adopting a steam-free curing mode,innovations are incorporated into various aspects of construction technology,including the construction of the prefabrication line,pouring,and curing.Focusing on the prefabricated,construction of the superstructure bridge deck panels for the main bridge of the Wujian Major Bridge,the construction process and technology of the coarse aggregate UHPC prefabricated bridge deck panels are concluded and analyzed.
