摘 要:依托北崖底大桥研究了波形钢腹板PC箱形组合梁在悬臂浇筑过程中的变形和应力变化情况。首先利用有限元软件建立大桥的有限元模型,分析了大桥在悬臂浇筑过程中的线形和应力变化情况;然后对比分析了悬臂施工各阶段和成桥后的线形,验证了桥梁在悬臂浇筑过程中的安全性和该桥结构的合理性。研究结果表明,该桥梁在悬臂浇筑阶段和成桥后的线形均满足设计要求,各监测截面应力在施工过程中的变化趋势符合预期设计要求。In order to study the deformation and stress changes of a corrugated steel web PC box-type composite beam during the cantilever casting process,the alignment and stress monitoring of Beiyaidi Bridge are carried out.Firstly,a finite element model of the bridge is established using finite element software to calculate the deformation and internal forces of the bridge during the cantilever casting process,and the alignment and stress changes of the bridge during the cantilever casting process are analyzed.Finally,the alignment of each stage of cantilever construction and after completion of the bridge are compared and analyzed,verifying the safety of the bridge during the cantilever casting process and the rationality of the bridge structure.The research results show that during the cantilever casting process of this bridge,both the alignment of the bridge during the cantilever casting stage and after completion meet the design requirements,and the change trend of stress in each monitoring section with the progress of construction meets the expected design requirements,achieving the purpose of construction monitoring.
